  • Solve issues proactively and delight customers with above-and-beyond support

  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers


What You Bring:

  • Top-tier English communication skills (verbal & written)

  • A cool head under pressure and a natural drive to help others

  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
