About the Role
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — helping them understand benefits, answer questions, and provide real solutions. You’ll receive complete training so you feel confident and prepared to serve our clients from your home office.

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats
Explain insurance benefits & answer policy questions
Support clients with claims, policy updates, and coverage options
