About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with pre-qualified clients to understand their needs and guide them through personalized protection solutions. Your role is consultative not pushy and success comes from genuinely helping others make smart, informed choices.

What You'll Be Doing
Speak with clients (no cold calling—leads are provided) to understand their needs.
Present customized coverage solutions clearly and professionally.
Help clients navigate policy options and answer questions with confidence.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed.
Recommend additional services when appropriate.
Support clients through the full lifecycle of their coverage.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining ideas simply and clearly.
Ability to stay organized, focused, and solution-oriented.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales is a plus but not required.
