Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and activity.
Participate in regular virtual training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
Must obtain a state insurance license (licensing costs covered by the candidate).
Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or sales is preferred.
