We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as a Family Benefits Consultant. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping families understand their available benefit options while building a rewarding career from home.

No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided training, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Educate individuals and families on available benefit options and financial protection solutions
• Assist clients in selecting benefits that best fit their needs
• Answer client questions and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and complete follow-up as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Access to a computer or laptop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
