💼 Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Explain insurance benefit options clearly and professionally

  • Answer questions related to policies, coverage, and claims

  • Conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers

  • Stay up to date on products to help clients make informed decisions

👥 Who We’re Looking For:

  • No prior experience required — we’ll train you

  • High school diploma or GED required (college students/recent grads welcome)

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Comfortable using tech tools like Zoom and email

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
