  • Must be a US Citizen

  • You communicate clearly and professionally across cultures and time zones

  • Must be willing to get Licensed in Life and Health Insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Resolve order issues, returns, and product questions with professionalism and warmth

  • Contribute ideas to improve support processes and customer experience
