This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required, offering full training and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates

  • Maintain and manage client records and documentation

  • Offer outstanding service with a client-focused approach

  • Work independently and contribute to team goals in a virtual environment

Qualifications

  • No prior customer service or insurance experience needed

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-disciplined, organized, and motivated

  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
