Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, texts, and virtual meetings.

• Introduce and explain available insurance benefits and coverage options.

• Assist clients with policy questions and benefit updates.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Build professional relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Participate in virtual training and team meetings.

• Work toward individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license.
