YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, texts, and virtual platforms.
Introduce insurance products and explain available benefit options.
Help clients understand their coverage and policy information.
Respond to questions and provide professional customer assistance.
Maintain organized client records and documentation.
Participate in virtual coaching, training, and team meetings.
Build strong client relationships while working toward performance goals.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
