What You'll Be Doing:

  • Make outgoing calls, texts, emails, and virtual meetings with clients

  • Explain and update benefit options for families

  • Keep accurate records of policies and client details

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude

  • Collaborate with a supportive virtual team to meet daily goals

Who We’re Looking For:

  • No prior experience needed — we train you from Day 1

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
