What You’ll Do:

  • Be the voice of the brand—responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

  • Solve problems with speed, precision, and a human touch

  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with policy inquiries

  • Share insights that help us grow smarter and serve better


What You Bring:

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • A calm, confident, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Must be U.S.-based and 18+

  • Experience in customer service is a bonus—but passion and potential matter most

  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (we’ll train you!)
