About the Role

You'll receive hands-on support from experienced leaders while developing skills in communication, customer service, relationship management, and consultative sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using secure online meeting platforms

• Build professional relationships by providing personalized and responsive service

• Learn about each client's needs and explain available benefit options clearly

• Assist clients through the enrollment process from start to finish

• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and digital business tools

• Participate in virtual onboarding, ongoing coaching, and team meetings

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership to achieve performance goals

• Continue building skills in communication, remote collaboration, and client service
