Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will guide clients through insurance benefit options via phone, Zoom, and email. You’ll receive full paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Explain insurance benefit options in easy-to-understand terms

  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients

  • Identify client needs and guide them to appropriate coverage

  • Maintain accurate communication records and follow-ups

  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Basic computer skills (email, Zoom, internet navigation)

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • No prior experience necessary – full training provided
