About the Role
As a Remote Career Starter, you'll work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefit options while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll receive guidance from experienced mentors and gain practical experience using modern remote communication and business tools.
This role offers a structured onboarding experience and clear opportunities for advancement based on performance and professional development.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other online platforms
Educate individuals and families about available benefit options
Answer client questions with professionalism and care
Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain organized and accurate client records using CRM systems and digital tools
Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
Collaborate with mentors and leadership while developing new professional skills
