What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers through phone, chat, and email

  • Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate assistance

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels heard and supported

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently

  • Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
     

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus—but a great attitude matters most

  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools
