Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions about their coverage and policies.

• Maintain accurate client information and documentation.

• Build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Participate in online training, coaching, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and reliable internet access.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be willing to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license.
