About the Role

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other online meeting platforms

• Learn about each client's needs and provide personalized guidance

• Present available benefit options in a clear and professional manner

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service

• Assist clients with the enrollment process and follow-up support

• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and digital tools

• Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

• Continue developing your communication, customer service, and professional sales skills
