Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our fast-growing remote team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding their benefit options, provide exceptional virtual customer support, and help guide them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom

Qualifications
