Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through calls, texts, emails, and chat to assist with their benefit options.

  • Participate in daily live presentations and trainings led by top-performing agents.

  • Clearly explain benefit plans and help clients choose the best options for their needs.

  • Maintain accurate client records and policy details with attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with your remote team to meet daily and weekly goals.

 Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • No experience required – we provide full training and support.
