GLOBE LIFE AO  is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, maintain and grow existing accounts, and provide excellent customer service. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets, foster long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
