About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Operations Associate to join our team.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day customer operations and ensure smooth workflows
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, and operations) to improve the customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational data
  • Help track performance metrics and contribute to reporting
